Translating Complexity into Simplicity

‍Engagesoft needed a robust platform capable of capturing real-time employee feedback, analyzing it with AI, and delivering actionable insights to HR teams. Despite having a clear vision, the founders required a partner to translate their complex HR processes and scientifically validated methods into fully designed product. The design had to not only simplify intricate workflows but also scale efficiently for large-scale adoption in key Middle Eastern markets like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Balancing Complexity with Intuitive Design

We began with a discovery workshop to align with Engagesoft’s vision and understand the complexity of their platform. This allowed us to outline a design direction that translated their scientifically validated processes into tangible deliverables. Our main goal was to balance complexity with ease of use, ensuring the design was both functional and engaging.

Using Figma for its collaborative features, we implemented atomic design principles to build a scalable system. This approach enabled rapid iterations and ensured the design could evolve seamlessly as the platform expanded.

User-Centric UI

Our design centered on clarity and functionality, ensuring users could easily engage with the platform’s real-time data insights. The clean, professional interface enabled HR professionals to quickly access employee feedback, empowering them to act on data and improve talent retention.

Clickable Prototype for Rapid Validation

To validate the design early on, we developed a clickable prototype, enabling the Engagesoft team and stakeholders to interact with the interface. This early feedback allowed us to address usability challenges and iterate on the design before moving to development.

Scalable Design System for Future Growth

We built a modular, scalable design system using Figma. This allowed the interface to not only be visually appealing and consistent, but also flexible for future updates. By leveraging Figma’s design system features, we ensured that visual updates could be implemented quickly and consistently, supporting ongoing platform enhancements.
